Take the sock so that you have one end in each hand. Then stretch the sock behind your head and move it to right and left until your arms get tired
Now pull both hands forward and stretch arms down towards your knees. Hold this position for one second.
Carefull: Make sure not to wrap the sock around your neck. This might hurt.
