Head for the nearest staircase

Now the trick is to go down backwards and not lose your balance while looking where you’re going. I know you can do it. Just keep practicing.

You’ve made the first half of the staircase. Now round the bend with great speed to tackle the second part.

You can of course choose the easier version. No need to do too much on the first day.

So you just turn around to go back up where you came from.

The important thing is to keep cool and relax. Enjoy the exercise.

Repeat these steps about 50 times, then go on to the next session by clicking on the picture.
